Launch day

The festival launch will be held in Peterborough City Centre on 2^nd June. As one of our biggest and most exciting events the launch will kick off the entire green festival and provide space to showcase the work of a number of local charities, community groups and businesses!  There will be entertainment, activities and games throughout the day helping to engage people with the ‘green fun and games’ theme as well as the messages of the launch day exhibitors.

Pop Up Shop Launch

The pop up shop will be open to the public from 2^nd June to 10^th June, taking over an empty city centre unit. The shop space will be used to create a beacon of creativity to showcase and highlight not only the events and activities happening over the Peterborough Green Festival (PGF), but also to creatively engage the citizens of Peterborough in the concept of the Environment Capital, and Arts and Culture in the city.

The shop will be home to Green Festival School Photo Competition exhibition and will also host fun activities and workshops throughout the festival for kids and adults.
