Environmental Education is a vital part of Peterborough’s ambition to become the UK’s Environment Capital. Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT) runs a number of projects in local schools to support the delivery of environmental education, and to help schools reduce their carbon footprint.

The Peterborough Eco Education Awards (PEEA) highlight schools’ green achievements, and the 2015 Awards will take place this June.
