DESCRIPTION:Find out what lives in and around Ferry Meadows. \nTogether with Wildlife Trust BCN and other conservation organisations\, we will be looking a little closer at the wildlife around us. \nPECT will be here with a tree for you to take home and plant. \nThe Hawk and Owl Trust will be finding out what small mammals become our owls’ tea. \nNene Coppicing & Craft will be looking at leaves from trees around the Park with a craft for everyone. \nWildlife Trust BCN will be in the Discovery Den with microscopes for a very close up look at live larvae. \nThey will also be launching their 30 days of wild activities. \nOur very own Nene Park staff and volunteers will be trying to find as many different birds and looking closely at the tiniest wildlife in the Pond. \nMeet you at the Ferry Meadows Country Park Information Centre and Discovery Den PE2 5UU. \nFREE events – donations welcome! – drop in anytime between 11am-3pm. \nPhone 01733 234193 for further information or directions. \nA Nene Park day. \n  \n  \n
