SUMMARY:Lunchtime Concert: Leon King (viola)
DESCRIPTION:Our summer season of concerts continues with a solo concert by viola player Leon King. \nEntitled “The Composer as Craftsman” and featuring works by Hindemith\, Bach\, and Leon King himself\, the concert will explore the limits of harmony and dissonance. \nAs usual the café will be open from noon\, serving a range of hot drinks and homemade quiche\, cakes\, scones etc. All profits from the café will go to The Green Backyard. \nThe concert will begin promptly at 1pm. \nAdmission is FREE\, but those who are able to afford it are asked to make a donation (suggested amount is £5). \nTuesday 14th August 2018 1pm – 2pm. \nSt John the Baptist Church\, Church St\,  Peterborough\, Cambs.
