DESCRIPTION:Lunchtime Concert: Gabriella Pineda-Rodrigues (Soprano): Tuesday 16th October 2018 (1pm -1.45pm) \nJoin professional opera singer Gabriella Pineda-Rodrigues (Soprano) and Musical Director of Peterborough Opera Kate Wishart (Piano) for our last but one classical lunchtime concert of 2018. \nThey will perform songs by Vaughan Williams\, Poulenc\, Amy Beach\, Faure\, Mozart\, Schubert\, Strauss and Britten\, as well as operatic excerpts by Massenet and Verdi. \nAs usual the café will be open from noon\, serving a range of hot drinks and homemade quiche\, cakes\, scones etc. All profits from the café will go to The Green Backyard. \nThe concert will begin promptly at 1pm. \nAdmission is free\, but those who are able to afford it are asked to make a donation (suggested amount is £5). \nNo need to book in advance. \nTuesday 16th October 2018 1pm – 1.45pm  \nSt John the Baptist Church\, Church Street\, Cathedral Square\, Peterborough PE1 1XB \nAn Events at St John’s/Green Backyard event. \n
