DESCRIPTION:Tuesday 2nd July 2019 10.30am – 1pm  \nThe Department for Business\, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is hosting a landlord workshop at the Allia Future Business Centre at Peterborough Football Club.  \nIt will discuss policy options for minimum energy efficiency standards in the private rented sector\, in advance of a formal consultation. \n It is on Tuesday 2 July 10.30am-1pm and refreshments will be provided.  \nTo book click  here \nCurrently private rented homes are required to meet a standard of E in their Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).  The government is suggesting an increase to an EPC Band C by 2030\, ‘where practical\, cost-effective and affordable’. Don’t miss this chance for your views as a landlord to shape the policy design from the very beginning of this process.  \nThe  FREE workshop will involve an introduction from BEIS\, followed by breakout and whole group discussions.
