DESCRIPTION:Thursday 12th November 2019 10.30am – 11.30am \nPiccolo on Safari \nFor our November Piccolo we welcome first time performer at Piccolo mezzo soprano Elaine Bishop\, who will be accompanied on piano by Fergus Black. \nThey’ll be taking us on safari in a programme packed with songs about animals from around the world: from the biggest (elephants\, zebras\, hippos\, crocodiles) to the smallest (ants and butterflies). \nAs ever\, doors open at 10am and the music starts at 10.30am. \nAdmission is £4 per adult\, £2 per child and adults and children must look after each other\, so no adults without children or vice versa. \nThere are free refreshments (tea/coffee/squash and biscuits) for all. \nAdditional donations for the refreshments are welcome! \nPiccolo is a monthly concert for young children\, held in St John’s Church in the centre of Peterborough. Each concert lasts approximately an hour; usually the last ten minutes are songs or dances that the children can join in on\, with singing\, actions\, and an instrument from our box of unbreakable child-friendly musical instruments.
