DESCRIPTION:As part of Big Energy Saving Week (20th-26th January 2020) PECT will be helping you discover how to reduce your household carbon footprint and save on energy costs. \nThere is substantial evidence of the detrimental impact of fuel poverty on the physical and mental health of residents.
