Discover edible plants\, their health benefits\, useful materials and which ones to avoid.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin our expert Park Rangers for an introduction to safe and sustainable local foraging. \nStarting with a health and safety briefing\, we’ll then head out into the Park for a guided walk\, where you’ll learn how to identify edible plants\, discover their health benefits and explore which species can be used for making materials\, as well as those best avoided. \n\nThis event takes place outdoors\, so please dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear with long trousers and sleeves.
