SUMMARY:Walk the Winter Blues Away
DESCRIPTION:Start the new year right by putting you health and wellbeing first and walk the winter blues away. Spending time in nature is fast becoming the first choice prescription for treating stress\, depression and anxiety. \nLet the worries of the last year drift away and calm your minds as we look forward\, with hope and gratitude\, to the new year. \nWe will meet outside at the Bluebell pub on Woodgate road before beginning a 5 mile\, circular walk\, through the picturesque village of Helpston\, and out into the breath-taking countryside. \nWrap up warm and wear waterproof shoes as it can get a bit muddy! \nIf you have any questions\, or you require more information please contact johnclarecountryside@pect.org.uk
