SUMMARY:Let's Ride: Charity Cycle Ride around Peterborough's Iconic Green Wheel
DESCRIPTION:Let’s Ride! Take on Peterborough’s iconic Green Wheel. Help raise some money for local mental health charity\, CPSL Mind. \nGet active\, make new friends and help a great cause. \nIf you’re new to cycling\, this ride is open for all\, but get ready for a fun challenge! \nWe’ll set off into town and then on to Stanground which is our first checkpoint. The whole ride should take around 5-6 hours and is estimated to be around . \n\n\nNote: We are aiming to complete an entire circuit of the Green Wheel which means it will likely be a day of reasonably intense physical activity. Although we will be stopping off at both Ferry Meadows and Bourne halfway\, I would recommend bringing the following supplies on the ride:\n\n>> Cycle helmet\n>> Some water\n>> A snack like some fruit or an energy bar or two\n>> A puncture repair kit (although there will probably be one floating about)\n>> Some form of waterproof clothing in case it pours it down (typical!)\n>> Any medication for those who may need it e.g. your inhaler
