Event Overview

Join Project Abundance this October half-term holiday for two creative, hands-on workshops in Leighton Park, Orton Malborne, funded by PECT.

Come along for free, fun, family-friendly activities that connect you with nature.

Monday 27 October, 10:30am to 12:30pm

  • Build your own DIY Wormery: Build your own mini worm home! Discover how wriggly worms turn leftovers into healthy soil.
  • Make wildflower seed balls: Get messy making little balls of seeds, then throw them and watch flowers grow!

Friday 31 October, 10:30am to 12:30pm

  • Create clay nature creations: Use natural clay to shape animals, plants or anything you imagine, and take your masterpiece home.
  • Make recycled seed paper: Make your own paper from recycled scraps, with seeds inside that will sprout into plants!

All materials are provided, and everyone is welcome. Just turn up.
