Handmade in Peterborough has teamed up with the Greeniversity knitting group and the Green Festival to decorate the city centre on the Festival Launch day. Visitors to the event on Saturday 13th August can expect to see a yarn bomb art installation of knitted flowers, handmade bees and insects and much more!
Organised by the charity Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT), the Festival brings together community groups, charities and businesses in an annual celebration of ‘green’ initiatives in the city. For more information, visit www.pect.org.uk/GreenFest.
