In 2006 we founded our subsidiary company PECT Consultancy Ltd (PCL), which has now become Green Energy Switch. Any profits made by Green Energy Switch are gifted back to PECT to help fund our vital work.
What are we doing?
Green Energy Switch works within the energy and housing sector, delivering a range of energy-related services across the UK, we work with utility companies, social landlords, local authorities and the general public saving time, money and effort.

Voids Management
Our national voids management scheme is our longest running service; we’ve been supporting housing associations for over 10 years! We provide a speedy service to get their properties re-let. We manage energy supplies while a property is vacant. It’s a free service that saves our customers time money and effort.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
We offer both domestic and non-domestic energy performance certificates, covering the whole of the Eastern region. We can also undertake legionella assessments/reports and a range of other energy-related services.
Home Energy Visits
Working in partnership with Peterborough Energy we offer home energy visits promoting Peterborough City Council’s low-cost energy tariff, we offer energy efficiency advice to residents, encourage behaviour change as well as energy tariff comparisons, all done in the comfort of their home.
