Join Rise & Shine for some movement in nature, every Sunday between 25 May and 7 September 2025.
Free yoga sessions take place from 9am to 10am at Roman Point, in Ferry Meadows Country Park, overlooking the tranquil Overton Lake. The classes are designed for all abilities and bodies. There is no need to book; just turn up and enjoy.
