Event Overview
Come along to watch our resident bats wake up and leave their roost!
Sessions will run for 1.5 hours plus 10 minutes before to allow you to get into position.
These experiences will take place outdoors.
You will be loaned your own pack of equipment to use throughout your visit.
There will be activities for you to do, to help you discover more about bats, whilst we sit and wait for the bats to emerge.
Wrap up warm and wear insect repellent!

£10 members, £12 non-members (plus booking fee).
Additional booking information
Timings will be very carefully managed therefore please arrive promptly at 5.50pm to be met at the main gate outside the visitors centre, which will then be unlocked to allow vehicle access down to the Environmental Education Centre. Pre-booked tickets only. A maximum of two households/bubbles* can book onto one time slot and will be assigned separate viewing spots. Please note these households need to follow two metres social distancing between families, whilst here. We have set everything out to help with this.
