British Reptiles
Join Ely Local Group as Terry Moore explores the lives of native, introduced and visiting British reptiles.
In some ways it’s a case of quality over quantity in terms of reptiles in this country.
We may only have six terrestrial species (plus some introductions and escapes), but they make up for this in their beauty and interest and, although elusive, at least three species can be discovered in and around Ely.
Adding to this are, of course, the wonderful marine reptiles that visit British waters.
Terry Moore will be our guide as we explore the lives of these fascinating creatures.
