Want to learn key knowledge and skills needed for a sustainable future? PECT are delivering free training courses to Peterborough and Cambridgeshire residents as part of the BLUEPRINT to a Circular Economy project.
The Circular Economy is a term to describe a change in the way we make and use materials, which allows us to reduce waste and our impact on the environment. It aims to move away from wasteful single-use plastics and fast fashion. Instead, it focuses on reuse, repair and recycling.
This is an exciting opportunity for the job market as return, repair and recycling services will become more and more important, and will provide hundreds of new jobs across the country.
