Extinction Rebellion Peterborough: Memorial and Funeral Procession
Invitation to all deeply concerned by the climate and ecological crisis!
Convene in Peterborough Cathedral Grounds at 12noon for a memorial and funeral procession in the city centre.
This an outreach, non-disruptive action.
We have entered the 6th Mass Extinction event.
We come together to mourn all the life we’ve lost, are losing and are still to lose.
Wear the appropriate dress for your culture for funerals.
Bring a wreath, flowers, pictures of extinct or endangered species to lay upon the coffin .
Homemade signs and personal messages most welcome.
