Event Overview

Want to help tidy up Peterborough and make money?

As part of the National Green Clean campaign, PECT and the Campaign to Protect Rural England are looking for a team of eager volunteers ready to channel their inner Womble to help us clean up the city.

As part of the event the Green Clean Reverse Vending Machine will be there, allowing you to feed your collected bottles and cans into the machine. In return you’ll receive a token you can either exchange for 10p or donate to CPRE to fund future litter picking equipment.

This event is for all ages, but under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. All equipment will be provided but please wear suitable clothing.

To take part register your interest on the CPRE website.
