Event Overview

A hands-on day learning to work with wood in its natural state, using traditional tools and techniques.

Spend the day with woodsman Matt Robinson, as he takes you through the tools and techniques required to turn freshly cut timber into a range of beautiful and practical items.

You will be able to practice and hone your skills on small items like spoons and spatulas, or more experienced participants might want to start a larger project.

Matt works his own woodland, as well as running Woodland Craft Supplies, an online business specialising in woodcraft tools and equipment.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and for those with some woodworking experience who want to practice and expand their skills.

Homemade soup will be served for lunch.

Hot drinks provided.
