Join us for the last of our winter wellbeing walks around the stunning countryside villages of Castor and Ailsworth.

Winter is on the out and spring is just around the corner. Join us for a frosty morning wellbeing walk out in to the glorious countryside. Fresh air, ancient trees and musical bird song awaits you on the this 5 mile stroll.

We will meet and end our circular walk at the Royal Oak in Castor. If you wish to stay and have some lunch or refreshments after the walk then please book ahead to avoid disappointment.
