Event Overview
Saturday 26th October 2019 4pm – 6pm
Willow Lantern Walk
Children and adults are welcome to join us for a magical walk around Lynch Lake.
Join us earlier in the week or for the workshop earlier in the day to create your own light-up willow lantern, then parade your lantern around the lake.
Walk, scoot or skip around the lake and bring along fairy lights, torches and bells for a magical, musical event.
If the weather is very wet, we won’t be able to go ahead with the walk as the lanterns will not survive, so keep checking back here. I
In light rain, we will still go for a short walk to parade our creations.
Meet at Ferry Meadows Country Park – Visitor Centre.
